Since the David Gemmell Awards no longer exist, an Indonesian a*hole hijacked the website. Might be best to remove the link, as well as add a note about the demise of the award

Well crap. I thought the award was just on hiatus and would come back. I will note that the award is now defunct and remove the links. Thanks for the info!
