Location: The Netherlands		On WWE Adam Johnson is listed as having died in 2007, he's still alive however. Proof: https://english.stanford.edu/people/adam-johnson. Also Wikipedia and ISFDB both still have him listed as being alive. He also won the National Book Award in 2015.

Oops!  It's corrected now.  Thanks for the heads up!  I'm guessing there was another Adam Johnson that passed in 2007.
