After Atlas: A Review in 100 words.

This is the gripping, emotional tale of Carlos Moreno who finds himself navigating a complex and dangerous path among a religious sect, the GovCorps (corporate nation states) and employment slavery, all while investigating a high profile death.

I found this story arc to be compelling, engaging, and troubling - all elements of high quality science fiction. Unfortunately after about 80% of the story, the plot arc starting to feel unnaturally forced into a predetermined completion so that the stage could be set for book 3 in the series. For me, it was a disappointing end to a very compelling novel.
