This is not really a speculative fiction novel. It is a lightly-fictionalized account of the author's research into 9/11, which posits the possibility that the official U.S. Government story is not the real one. The author has done a pretty good job of staying away from the whackjobery which is rampant regarding 9/11 (though his credibility is considerably lessened by the fact that he does not recognize or understand that blogs are social media, and does not know that the Wayback Machine exists as a permanent archive of Internet web pages).

If you are interested in a work which highlights the discrepancies between the official version of 9/11 and some of the known evidence without going full-on conspiracist nutjob, this book may suit you. If you are looking for a work of science fiction, you will likely be disappointed.
