Feet of Clay

Excellent book, part of the Discworld series and the City Watch subseries. I read Guards! Guards! earlier, which helps to know the characters.

A strong No More Kings (and up with the common people) message, along with a mystery and bags of humor. Additionally, strong female characters talking to other female characters, freedom from indentured servitude, and so many good quotes.

Other reviewers have said this is one of the best Discworld novels, the high point where Terry Pratchett was really hitting his stride. Highly recommended!
