Could you please add Murder on the Thirty-First Floor by Peter Wahl??.

It looks like a Scandi-noir novel, and it is, but as you read it you gradually realise that the setting is a grim, hopeless dystopia.

Unusually we have run low on member requests. To keep us moving forward I added a new releases supplemental list so we always have something ready to be added. The other day I was reminded that we have other awards and award categories coming in the future.
