Hi to all,

My name is Carlex and I'm new here.

I own an spanish blog about science fiction and recently I started to post English reviews.

Please, take a look at the blog: My latest entry is a review of "A Prospect of War", a very interesing space opera by Ian Sales. The previous posts are about the set of " Game of Thones" series in my town and a review of "Yesterday's Kin" by Nancy Kress.

Thanks for your attention, I hope you will find the blog interesting.

Carlex.

I regularly review in two languages too (Dutch and English in my case). Just out of curiosity, do you translate them one on one of just write them again?

You may want to add a few (English) reviews to the WWEnd database to draw some attention to your blog. We have a whole host of reviewers out here who add their stuff to WWEend.

Hi Valashain,

In my case I review in two languages: Catalan (another blog, shared with some friends) and in Castilian or Spanish in my own blog). Now, I'm starting to write in English.

An explanation: Since ten years ago, more o less, I'm reading in English regularly and I improved a lot. For example, now I'm reading Luna: New Moon by Ian McDonald (highly recommended!). But I'm an "self-taught" student and now I'm trying to improve my poor writing too.

Your question: I translated my previous review in Spanish to English.

I know it would be a long term goal but I hope I will learn to express in English the same way I'm reading this language.

Thanks for your advice!

Carlex.
