Random quote: When it comes to the point where you occasionally look forward to being in prison on the basis that you might be able to spend a day reading a book, the realization dawns that perhaps the situation has become a little more stressful than you would like. - Julian Assange

Is there some obvious way to leave a challenge I no longer want to participate in?

Of the 4 I see the deadlines haven't past yet. The 12 in 12 is for 2017, the 2 defining challenges expire in December 2017 and the Triumvirate at the end of this month.

Leaving a challenge is not something we ever built into the site.  We're working on it now and should have a mechanism in place next week.  A strange oversight on our part.  I guess our focus was on making sure the rest of it worked.

I've been searching for that option as well. But never got around asking for it. Thanks DrEvilO :-)

Yes but we never got around to publishing the update.  Thanks for the reminder!  I'll make the deploy after work and drop a note here to let you know it's done.

If you refresh the RYO page for a challenge you see a new button for quitting the challenge under the change my level button.  Give it a go and let me know if you have any trouble.
