The book starts with the interesting premise that Germany actually won the war and now the whole of Europe is succumbed to the nazi rule. There is still a war against the Russians but the USA is rather neutral to Germany. It is now 1964 and Adolf Hitler is about to celebrate his 75th birthday. But then a high profile German officer is found dead which eventually leads to reports of the Endlösung of the European Jews. It is well written, sometimes all the German terms are a bit hard to get through but it certainly makes it more authentic. Certainly worth recommending although the ending is a rather abrupt. I wish there would've been a few more chapters at the end.
