Fascinating take on the six people (new clones) trapped in a house (generational colony spaceship) with a murderer trope. When our clones "wake" to find their previous selves all murdered and they are missing their memories of the last 25 years of their journey/lives. The whole concept of a mindmap, periodically updated with your latest memories, that is reloaded into your new adult clone body after you die is really imaginative and well done. That type of immortality obviously has significant political, religious and social implications. These are revealed through riveting flashbacks of each clones previous manifestations that provide clues to solving their situation. Best of all, at its heart, this book is a really good mystery that grips your attention to the very end.
