Seal of the Worm

This is an epic, wonderful, heartbreaking series that is well worth the read, particularly for Tchaikovsky fans.  The world building is expansive, fantastically detailed and original.  I loved so many of the characters and it hurt to see so many of them die.  There is a lot of killing, so much war, so much death.  At times, it felt overwhelming, which I think was the point.  Despite that, I am glad I made it through it all to a very satisfying ending.
