Islands

The Premise of the last mortal left in A world of immortals is intriguing and I enjoyed the first part of the story with the protagonist grappling with her mortality in the past and the "present" but the the ending feels unearned and tacked on. Inelegant and contrary to the rest of the book in my opinion.
