Leviathan's Deep

A solid 70s speculative fiction novel. We've go colonization, we've got misogyny, we've got a culture that flips the power dynamics with a matriarchy where the males are considered not overly bright and best used for sexual dalliances for their physical strength. I enjoyed reading the Kimassu Lady's journey. A bit dated, but as we have seen in recent years, these problems of racism, sexism, & the strong taking advantage of the weak never go away.
