Didn't enjoy this book at all. Not sure what the author's point was, but whatever it was, I missed it.
To caveat, I am familiar with the Tempest, but perhaps this is targeted at those with a college dissertation level of knowledge. For the rest of us, uninspiring characters wander through a muddled steampunk-like setting with zero growth. Not recommended.
