It was appropriate that I read this book which deals with the nature of terrorism in September. I thoroughly enjoyed this novel, as I have all the Joe Ledger stories I have read so far. I will state one caveat; I was uncomfortable with the authors use of actual acts of terrorism in the plot line. Although Mr. Maberry handled his dealings with the September 11th attacks with respect and with honor to the men, women, and children who lost lives on that terrible day, I was left with a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. I am not taking away any stars, because he did treat the event with honor for the victims and heroes that were created on that tragic day.
