This is very similar to the other Odd Thomas books, there are parts of it I really enjoy but sometimes bogs down a bit.

As usual with a Dean Koontz novel it is beautifully written and the settings and characters are unique. The story can be unbeleivable at times most notably the villians and their terrorism plot. But the star is Odd himself, he is such a character and is always surrounded by intriguing other main characters. Also some of the etting is brilliant too.

This is not as good as the 1st or 3rd books. Agood read though.
