Anthony O'Neill is the pen name of Cornelius Kane
Australian fiction author Anthony O'Neill is the son of an Irish policeman and an Australian stenographer. He is the author of Sheherazade, a revisionist Arabian Nights adventure; The Lamplighter, a philosophical horror story set in 1880's Edinburgh; and The Empire of Eternity, a mystery involving Napoleon and the early years of Eyptology.
