Biography
Sven Holm was a celebrated Danish novelist, short-story writer, and playwright. He was awarded the Grand Prize of the Danish Academy in 1974, followed by the Holberg Medal in 1991. He won the Danish Critics Prize for Literature in 2001 and was made a member of the Danish Academy that same year.
