HRO - 2014-02-04 5:43 AM I submitted book requests using the new form feature and got a "Down For Maintenance" message. Does that mean the requests were not submitted?

Yeah, the form is not complete and shouldn't be out on the live site.  We made some updates to the page and forgot to remove the form link before we deployed.  I'll take it down shortly.  Sorry to get your hopes up.
