Over on SF Signal WWEnder James Harris has posted a really nice piece about how he's been using WWEnd to enhance and inform his genre fiction reading:

How Well-Read Are You in Science Fiction?

It's a really good read and he has some helpful hints on how he uses the lists, awards, and BookTrackr to pick and choose what books he wants to read.  You should definitely check it out and do leave a comment over there to support brother Jim   Massive thanks to Jim from all of us at WWEnd for the lovely plug!

The post went out a few hours ago and we've had almost 40 new member signups already.  Be sure to welcome the new WWEnders when you see them.  I'm sure they'll have lots of questions once they get stuck in and start exploring all our features.

For any new folks who found us through Jim's post, welcome to WWEnd!  We're always excited to get some new folks coming 'round and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.  We've got some Uber Users who'll be around to help you out as needed but of course any of our awesome members will pitch in to help too.

Please feel free to use this thread to ask your questions or just introduce yourselves. You'll probably want to know how to get books added to the WWEnd DB so here's the thread where you can make your requests: Can't find the book you want? Make your book requests here! Part II There are some guidelines at the top of that thread if you have any questions about requirements for inclusion.

If you haven't seen our Roll-Your-Own Reading Challenge you should check that out.  It's the one reading challenge that is guaranteed to be exactly what you're looking for.  If you can't find a challenge theme to your liking from the 37 current flavors you can always roll your own to suit.

There are tons of neat things to find on the site so click away and discover what we have to offer.

Cheers and read on!

Jim's piece got the Slashdot treatment today and we've had a large number of new member signups as a result so I thought I'd bump this again so those new folks can see it.  Hit me with questions.
