Uber User Posts: 370 Location: Beaverton, Oregon, USA | Another slow month for me. Tolkien's Book of Lost Tales Part I was very slow reading, and Part II is even slower. I'm following along with the webinars at Mythgard Academy to help me understand them better. Both make "The Silmarillion" seem like light beach reading fare. My full list for July is: Book of Lost Tales, Part I - JRR Tolkien Halting State - Charles Stross. Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince - JK Rowling Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - JK Rowling Ready Player One - Ernest Cline Loved this one! The challenge status is: I Just Have to.... 6/12 Clear the Shelves 8/15 Read It Again, Sam 6/6 Done and the challenge is over! Pick and Mix 27/40 Solar System 2/3 Tolkien 9/12 Unloved 9/12 12 in 12 7/9 YA 7/12 WoGF 4/12 LGBT 2/12 2nd Best 3/3 if The Martian doesn't win anything. After Lost Tales 2, my pace should pick back up again until I get to The Lays of Beleriand... | ||
