Requesting a novella -- I'm not sure if it counts -- it's up on the author's website, but was originally in Baen's Universe and recent Lightspeed issue.

Upcoming books are fine as long as it is not more than a month or two before publication. Earlier and we have trouble finding a synopsis and definitive covers.

These three are in. I've given the benefit of the doubt to Buehrlen. The first book is clearly traditionally published but the second I'm not too sure of.

Yes, Diversion Books is a trad (if fairly new and small) publisher. And per their website (http://www.diversionbooks.com):

Isn't there a F.A.Q. around concerning requests?

My understanding, when it comes to comics, is that unless it's nominated for an award or is on a "best of" list, we tend to hold back. If we opened the floor to any comics asked for, that would be thousands of volumes. I'm not kidding. No one around here is ready for that. If we did in fact do any comics we felt like or were requested, League would already be in.
