Biography
Edward Willett also writes under the pen name of E. C. Blake
Edward Willett is a freelance writer, playwright, and performer who has written more than 50 non-fiction, science fiction, and fantasy books under his real name and under the pseudonyms Lee Arthur Chane, Adam Blade, and E.C. Blake.
In addition to writing plays, Willet is an actor and singer who has performed in dozens of plays, musicals and operas in and around Saskatchewan, hosted local television programs, and emceed numerous public events.
Willett wrote a weekly newspaper science column for almost twenty years, and was also a weekly guest on CBC Radio's Afternoon Edition talking about science for 17 of those years.
Willett is married to Margaret Anne Hodges, a telecommunications engineer and currently president of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan. They have one daughter, Alice, and live in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.
