Location: Belgium		I asked this already, but it might have been overlooked. Could you add László Krasznahorkai's "A Mountain to the North, A Lake to the South, Paths to the West, A River to the East"? The book has clear speculative/fantasy elements, as it is about a prince living outside of space and time, searching for a monastery that's also timeless. First published in Hungarian in 2003, and published in English translation in 2022.

This series is self-published. I know it looks like our prohibition against self-published works has relaxed lately, but those books had award nominations somewhere in the series (if it was a series.). So I think the old rules apply with this series.
