The concept that two or more objects may exist in the same space and at the same time is a mainstay of science-fiction today; however, it may have been first promoted in the fantastic novel from early in the 20th century.

This story has, with justice, been called "the most famous fantastic mystery of them all" since it first appeared in the famous pulp magazine ARGOSY in 1921.

What was "the Blind Spot?" A room in a house at 288 Chatterton Place in San Francisco - certainly. A doorway into another cosmos, a different world? - probably. A gate into the past or the future? - perhaps! One thing is certain, when communication is established between the worlds, the results are nothing short of startling!
