Synopsis
Hugo Award nominated short story. It originally appeared in The Magazine of Fantasy and Science Fiction, October 1971. The story can also be found in the anthology SF: Authors' Choice 4 (1974) edited by Harry Harrison. The story is included in the collections The Best of Clifford D.
